Mark T. Caracio
President
Mark Caracio brings more than 20 years of IT experience, with
an emphasis in sales, marketing and business development, to
every engagement. Throughout his career, Mark has led collaborative
efforts with enterprise, government, system integrator and service
provider customers to adopt emerging technologies.
Prior
to joining The Harvard Group, Mark held director and management
positions with 3Com Corporation, AT&T, Phillips Electronics
N.V., Allnet and Cable & Wireless. Mark's professional affiliations
include the National Association of Corporate Directors and
Society of Information Managers.

David J. Binko
THG Principal and Board of Advisors Project Director
David Binko has been an active contributor to The Harvard Group's
Board of Advisors initiatives and the Profitability Institute's
Experiential Learning Programs since their inception in 1985.
He recently concluded a twenty-five year career in research,
teaching and technology administration with The Johns Hopkins
University. While at Johns Hopkins, David served as Chief Information
Officer for Academic Affairs, assuming responsibility for computing
and networking resources supporting research and instruction.

Kenneth J. Winningkoff
THG Principal and Board of Advisors Project Director
Kenneth Winningkoff joined The Harvard Group in 2001, bringing
with him more than twenty-five years experience in IT management
and consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining The
Harvard Group, Ken held executive IT positions at American General
and American Natural Resources/The Coastal Company. He has also
conducted major consulting assignments for a growing number of
the most recognized companies in the world, including Aetna, Allied
Van Lines, Compaq, Dell, Dow Chemical, Georgia Pacific and Siemens
Energy and Automation.

Len Tenner
THG Board Member and Board of Advisors Project Director
Len
Tenner joined The Harvard Group in April 2004 upon retirement
from Hewitt Associates where he was the Chief Technology Strategist
and is now the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Emeritus. Len's
prior assignments before retiring were working with the leadership
of Hewitt's outsourcing businesses to develop opportunities
in the Public Sector including State and Local Government
and in Asia, particularly in China.
Currently,
Len is a Director at Flashline, Inc., a Cleveland based Software
Company, and is on the advisory boards of The Harvard Group,
an advisory board facilitation and sales training company
and Blazent, a California based Software Company.

Gary
Robertson
THG Principal and Board of Advisors Project Director
Gary
Robertson joined The Harvard Group in 2005 bringing a background
that includes automotive electronics manufacturing and senior
IT leadership. Key positions he has held include Plant Manager
and CIO for Delco Electronics, Executive Director of Global
Infrastructure, and CTO for Delphi Corporation and, most recently,
Executive Recruiter specializing in IT.
Gary
is a Six Sigma green belt and recently became a certified personnel
consultant (CPC).
